The Panama Sky Safari starts on Tuesday March 21st and ends on Sunday March 26th. The event includes meals, hotels (2 people per room) 10-12 Jumps on different locations all over the country.

Places include but not limited to: Bocas del Toro, Playa Blanca, Contadora Island, Sonny’s Island, Pedasi, Playa Venao.

Bocas del Toro

Bocas del Toro (meaning “Bull’s river mouths”) is a province of Panama. Its area is 4,643.9 square kilometers, comprising the mainland and nine main islands. The province consists of the Bocas del Toro Archipelago, Bahía Almirante (Almirante Bay), Chiriquí Lagoon, and adjacent mainland.

Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca is located on Río Hato in Antón District, Coclé Province, Panama. It is home to the Río Hato Airport. It has a land area of 140 square kilometres (54 sq mi) and had a population of 15,701 as of 2010, giving it a population density of 112.1 inhabitants per square kilometre (290/sq mi)

Contadora Island

Contadora Island is a Panamanian island on the Pearl Islands archipelago in the Gulf of Panama. It has an area of 1.39 km², which makes it the 11th largest island of the archipelago. With a population of 253 (census 2000), however, it ranks third, after Isla del Rey and Isla Taboga.

Sonny’s Island

Featuring sea views, Sonny Island in Punta Bajo Rico features accommodation, a restaurant, a bar, a garden, a private beach area and water sports facilities.

A terrace is available on site and snorkelling can be enjoyed within close proximity of Sonny Island Resort.

Pedasi

Pedasi is located at the South Eastern tip of the Azuero Peninsula on Panama’s Pacific coast. Pedasí town is a little more than three kilometers from the coast, where there are several sandy beaches.

 

There are several breaks on Pedasí’s beaches, the most famous local surfer’s attraction is Playa Venao at 20 miles from the town. In 2011 and 2012 Playa Venao hosted two World Surfing Championships ISA.

Playa Venao

Playa Venao is a locally famous surf spot 34 km southwest of Pedasí. Playa Venao has hands-down the Azuero Peninsula’s best surfing, with waves breaking in both directions that are perfect for every skill level. The grey-sand beach here is pleasant, extending in a huge arc and surrounded by a curvy hillside.
